Job Description

The roles purpose is to generate revenue to the company from new clients through proactive marketing and calling campaigns for the following services

1. Products
2. Software Engineering Services
3. Immersive Services (Augmented Realty, Virtual Reality, Mixed Realty, 360 video development and Mobile App. Development)


Overall experience in Inside Sales role should be 8+ yrs., providing service to technology companies on Software Products, Software Engineering and Immersive Services
Should have experience in nurturing enquiries into qualified opportunities, validating leads and providing assessment for better qualification and conversion
Responsible to meet the revenue targets, addition of new customer logs as part of the overall business strategy of the company
Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities for Software Products and work towards shorter sales conversion cycle for product sale
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
Should derive a strategy with marketing channels and promotional campaigns to influence sales of services, brand promotion and be a product evangelist
Mining existing customer to find potential new growth areas for existing customer accounts and thereby enhance repeat business through effective interfacing and follow-ups with customer and also by interfacing with the service delivery units
Customer intelligence and market trends on Planning, forecasting and reviewing. Preparing sales plans by customer-wise accounts
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Lead a team of Business Development Executives & Business Development Managers and vendors if required
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
