Job Description

Analyze, assess market trends and competitor to position services listed above
Develop product marketing strategies (for pricing, advertising, product launching)
Experience in running and managing campaigns, crafting compelling messages across marketing channels with industry specific themes
Should be familiar with marketing activities such as
o Search engine optimization
o Customer segmentation
o Paid search
o Social media/Ads
o Paid media
o Email marketing
o Lead generation
o Website optimization and development
Serving as product evangelist for a variety of digital products created by the organization and for the services offered
Ideate / design / create and execute innovative marketing strategies for digital and social needs which result in
o generate strong sales funnel for the organization by attracting big ticket prospects across verticals
o Thought leadership initiatives that would position Integra as an agile, solutions-oriented tech-savvy organization that can deliver results
attracting both prospective customers
Keeps abreast and understands technology trends in the respective target markets / segments to
o create appropriate messaging strategies to position Integra as a solution provider / consultative partner attracting both existing and prospective clients
o ensure proper mix of various channels, including social media, and content strategy across platforms to result in measurable ROI for respective marketing objectives
o directs all digital assets including websites, microsites, organizations social profiles to align with the positioning strategy that will be agreed with the top management
Participating in various major conferences, events and expos, achieving specific marketing ROIs, and positioning Integra as an organization that understands current needs and possible future disruptions in the industry
Develop and manage various sales support content assets, maintaining central databases and repositories of marketing collateral and communiques
Develop and manage annual marketing budget; delivers results through measurable ROIs for various marketing objectives that are agreed with the leadership team

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1012 years of experience across publishing / IT / ITeS / BPO Services
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar responsibility
Experience and knowledge of establishing and implementing marketing programs, systems and processes to drive growth for
o Software Products
o Software Engineering Services
o Immersive Services
Experience in brand building and positioning exercises with demonstrable results
Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns), should be able to measure outcomes and report progress
Recognised as a trusted adviser by senior executives with a track record of creating and delivering successful marketing programs that support the strategic vision and goals of the organization
Demonstrable ability to guide marketing teams by delivering results on various marketing programs based on annual and quarterly marketing objectives
Must be an excellent communicator able to clearly explain ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences internal and external, and work effectively with internal technical colleagues and business executives
Strong people management, collaboration, influencing, and team-building skills
Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to predict, identify, and resolve marketing issues in a timely and effective manner
