Role summary

  • A hands-on marketing communications professional, who can understand the diverse needs multiple industry verticals:

            o publishing industry, especially, the K-12 / Higher Ed /                       ELT and STM

            o Workplace Learning / eLearning for corporates and                         Enterprises

            o Software Engineering

            o XR (AR / VR / MR) across multiple industry application

  • Who can develop and execute impactful marketing communications strategies to position Integra as a content and technology solutions expert and a thought leader in its space
  • Lead the Digital Marketing & Corporate Communications initiatives at Integra across all channels, reporting into the Marketing Director and working closely with the business leadership team
  • Build impactful, creative and distinctive communications strategies from scratch that translates the organizational vision into measurable results
  • Support brand management activities through content deliverables across multiple marketing functions - Social/Digital Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Brand Image and Positioning, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications and PR
  • Interpret organization strategy, market trends, technology disruptions and industry differentiators, and translate them into compelling and distinctive content for various channels - digital, offline and social, which result in

           o thought leadership initiatives that would position Integra                   as an agile, solutions-oriented tech-savvy organization                   that can deliver results

           o generation of a strong marketing qualified lead (MQL)                    funnel for the organization by attracting big ticket                            prospects across verticals

           o consistent messaging & branding initiatives to protect                      and reinforce the corporate brand to both internal and                    external stakeholders

  • Regularly keeps abreast and understands technology and industry trends, interacts with Business Leads for respective target markets to
    • o create appropriate messaging strategies to position Integra as a solution provider to both existing and prospective clients
    • o ensure proper mix of various channels, including Social Media, and content strategy across platforms to result in measurable ROI for respective marketing objectives
  • Develop and manage various sales support and business development content assets, maintaining central databases and repositories of collateral and communiques
  • Online reputation management for the Senior Leadership (esp. CEO) team of Integra

  • Experience / Skills

  • Minimum 10-11 years of experience marketing & communications across IT / IT Enabled Services / Publishing / Education Services Industries
  • This is a critical role in the organization and requires excellent track record of managing an in-house team and collaborate with external partners / vendors as appropriate
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of establishing and implementing content marketing programs and digital / social media marketing
  • Excellent content development skills, with a good command on business & corporate communications - this role also requires writing and/or editing engaging content for Corporate Website and Microsites, Blogs and News Articles, Webinars, Case studies, Whitepapers, Company bios, Landing pages, Events, Solutions, e-mailers, Social Media posts etc.
  • Exceptional planning and message development skills coupled with creativity
  • Exposure to brand building and positioning, and PR exercises is desirable
  • Excellent oral communications skills, interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in Power Point, Word and other office applications and should be able to oversee design and development of the company's digital properties like Websites, Microsites, Product sites, Social Channels and Ad creatives
  • Proven ability of working in a highly performance-driven work culture and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced, agile working environment - shifting focus as business needs demand
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team spread across various locations and geographies
  • Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
