Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

What are the most important deliverables and outputs/outcomes the role is primarily responsible for?

  1. Responsible for annual revenue planning, monthly forecast, variance analysis and P&L reporting.
  2. Manager Global MIS & Key management reports related to revenue, customer profitability and other key metrics like revenue System & space utilisation per employee, head count etc.,
  3. Ensure internal controls for effective and accurate Financial reporting which will enable for the wright business decision
  4. Need to do the Customer & Competition Due diligence on business, financials for further Analysis
  5. Monitoring monthly revenue accruals & billing and to map the associated cost to arrest the correct profitability and to arrest & highlight the leakages
  6. To ensure and help the teams to achieve the Pricing Profitability by controlling the expenditure in line with the projected revenue
  7. Developing estimated P & L along with the business plans.

Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets. Developing strategies that

work to minimise financial risk.

Desired Candidate Profile

15 years of exp.

Have Prior exp. of working in IT & ITES organisations

Preferably an ICWA or CA or MBA - Finance from reputed institutions

Good communication, interpersonal skills, attitude


  • Candidate should have strong analytical skills
  • Good inBudgeting & Reporting, Cost Control, New project tracking
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders , BU Heads, Sales/Account Heads etc.,
  • Should have handled the following areas

Financial Planning & Analysis

Cost control

Track business financial date

MIS & Dashboards, Have experience in presenting the financial data to the top manager / promoters / directors.

CAPEX control
