Payroll Processing, HRIS, Attendance & Leave Management
Preparation of HR Metrics, Employee Grievance Management
Desired Candidate Profile
6-8 years of exp. in HR Administration/HR Generalist Role
Excellent Communication, attitude, Energetic with good Interpersonal skills
Good exposure in Payroll Processing, HRIS Implementation, Attendance/Leave Management activities
Should have Prior exp. in handling large volume of Onboarding in a Single/Multiple locations
Exp. in Stakeholder Management,
Should have exp. in interacting with the Statutory Compliance officials from Govt. bodies
Exp. in HR Audit and should have a strong Eye for the details & Correction
